You don’t always know when life is about to give you one of its greatest blessings. After years of somehow being in the same rooms at the same times throughout college, we finally officially met at a summer barbecue in 2020. From that moment on, we’ve been inseparable.

With not much to do at the time besides outdoor dining and going on hikes, we quickly learned how easy it was to enjoy life together. No matter the circumstance, we always found a way to make things work as a team, and that’s when we knew this was something special.

Our love was truly tested during a few years of long-distance. It wasn’t easy, but it was always worth it—especially when we bought our first home together and welcomed our goofy dog, Zola. We support one another, grow together, and make life more exciting simply by sharing it. Loving your person makes all the difference.
